According to the IRS the majority of taxpayers can anticipate paper forms to be shipped by the end of January. Our library has been notified that paper tax returns will not be processed before January 30th. The IRS is currently reviewing the details of tax legislation and assessing what impact it will have on this year’s filing season and encourages all taxpayers to file electronically.
