As you may already know the Internal Revenue Service is no longer mailing paper tax forms to homes. This is to save money and to encourage taxpayers to file electronically. People wanting to file their taxes using paper instead of on-line methods may find the tax forms they need at the library. Federal and State Tax forms will be available at the library starting in January 2013. Library computers are also available for e-filing tax returns. You may also print forms at a cost of $.10 per print. Free tax assistance will be available starting in February. More information and reservations can be made early 2013 by calling 812-988-2850.
